I am a registered Health Psychologist who is passionate about supporting people to better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
My therapeutic approach is flexible and tailored to each individual. I draw on evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and compassion-focused approaches. I am particularly interested in helping clients develop practical skills to manage difficult thoughts and emotions, and meeting each client where they are at in their journey.
I have experience working with a range of concerns including grief, depression, anxiety disorders, and relationship challenges. I also have a special interest in working with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).
Outside of therapy, I enjoy staying active through a variety of exercise such as HIIT, yoga, pilates, and boxing. I also love spending time with my cats, exploring new restaurants, relaxing at the beach, and travelling.
