E huri tō aroaro ki te rā, tukuna tō ataarangi ki muri i a koe.

Turn and face the sun, and let your shadow fall behind you.

- Whakataukī (Māori proverb)

I am an Occupational Therapist with more than 10 years of mental health practice. My goal is to provide a safe, warm, non-judgmental and collaborative therapeutic space where people feel supported and comfortable to explore what brought them here.

My work is grounded in evidence‑based interventions such as ACT, Sensory Modulation, Polyvagal Theory, EMDR, and DBT skills. Using a holistic lens, I consider how all areas of life influence challenges and wellbeing.

I work alongside people not only to manage presenting concerns but to help them build coping skills and discover their inner strengths. You are the expert in your experience, and my role is to support your journey toward growth and resilience.

I love to travel the world, experiencing different cultures and exploring New Zealand in the van that my partner and I have done up, being creative, concerts, comedy shows, going for walks, cat videos and time with whānau.
