I am a registered Psychologist with specialised training in Health Psychology, which focuses on the psychological and emotional impacts of physical health conditions.
As a therapist, I am committed to providing a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where we can work collaboratively to improve wellbeing and reduce the impact of life's challenges. I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, low mood and depression, stress, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and health-related challenges.
In my work, I tailor my approach to clients’ needs and goals, and integrate evidenced-based therapy models. I have experience in the use of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and compassion-focused approaches.
