I am a registered psychologist with more than 10 years of experience. I enjoy working with people and aim to provide a safe and compassionate space for them to make sense of what they are going through, and gain some helpful tools and coping strategies.
I am passionate about helping people to live a life that has meaning and joy, and also have interests in health psychology and parenting. I am trained in CBT, ACT, DBT, some trauma work, mindfulness and polyvagal theory, and in Triple P (Positive Parenting Programme).
I currently work as a Fresh Minds clinician based in Rosedale and as a Triple P Practitioner in Manukau.
In my work as a Triple P Practitioner I focus on empowering parents to navigate the challenges that parenting brings, so that they feel more confident and skilled in their parenting, have a better relationship with their child/ren and things are going more smoothly in their whānau/family.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, baking, going for walks and seeing friends.
