Kia ora, I’m Clare Calvert, Senior Clinical Psychologist at Waiheke High School. I am originally from the UK and have worked in New Zealand since 2009. I relocated here with my husband and three cats, which has now grown to six! My experience is mostly with adults, and I have worked with youth for several years.
I enjoy helping people to gain skills that they can use for life, and offer a warm, down to earth approach. I use a combination of CBT, ACT, Compassion-based approaches and distress tolerance skills.
