"What I am is good enough if I would only be it openly."
I have always believed that people are strong and resilient, and therapy can be a way to recognise and grow these characteristics.
For almost twenty years, I have been fortunate enough to be able to provide the empathic and respectful support that can help people become stronger and confident in themselves. I support clients with learning about themselves, as well as learning ways to more effectively manage emotions, thoughts and physical responses with evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT skills, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, etc.).
I have extensive experience working with children, youth and adults who experience a variety of different mental health conditions (e.g., anxiety, depression, grief, stress, etc.).
