I am a clinical social worker with experience working in mental health, addictions and palliative care. I provide a relaxed and supportive space for people to connect with their values and their strengths. I believe with the right support, skills and strategies we can be empowered to face all of life’s challenges and to find solutions towards positive change.
I use a strength based and solution focused approach drawing on skills from ACT therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and somatic practices. I particularly enjoy offering support in areas such as stress and anxiety management and behavioural change. I also practice and teach yoga and enjoy sharing self-care practices that help bring more balance, calm and relaxation in daily life.
In my spare time I love playing my guitar, travelling, practicing yoga, hiking and having adventures in nature.
