Life can be challenging at times and sometimes our problems can feel overwhelming.
I am an experienced Health Psychologist who has a passion for supporting people through their difficulties. I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental approach to therapy, guided by evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT and mindfulness).
As a Health Psychologist I am specially trained to help people deal with the psychological and emotional aspects of health and illness. I have considerable experience and interest in chronic pain. I also work with people to manage a range of issues including depression, anxiety and stress.
In my spare time I enjoy baking, gardening, camping, board games, spending time with my family and friends, and drinking tea. I live with my husband, two children and a cat called Sockrates.
